Submit the Presentation on Moodle with a url for the group recorded video\/narration of the presentation on the front title slide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Presentation Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use PowerPoint or Google Slides to construct your presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The presentation should have a title slide with all presenters\u2019 names included below the title. It should also present all aspects of your project with 1-3 slides created to summarize information for&nbsp;<strong>each section<\/strong>&nbsp;of a Lab Report sections (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion and References). Refer to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/go.distance.ncsu.edu\/labwrite\/\">LabWrite<\/a>&nbsp;as a reminder of the information that belongs in these major sections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some sections may only need one slide (ex. Title slide, References), other sections may be better served by including two or three slides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include all references for the primary literature you used in a References slide.&nbsp; While a minimum of two primary references are required, you should also list any secondary literature that you used.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As when writing a Lab Report, include in-text citations for any references you use within the Intro and\/or Disc sections, or other areas where the references are used. If using images that are not yours, cite below the image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using videos linked to any slide, use\/save a video on YouTube and link on the appropriate slide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>**<strong>URLS for all videos need to be linked on the PPT title slide, along with a passcode<\/strong>. Moodle will not accept video files.**<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recording your Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be using Zoom to record your presentation. View\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-projects.wolfware.ncsu.edu\/bio-181l-zchxzbn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2020\/10\/Instructions-for-Recording-the-Final-Experimental-Design-Presentation-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">instructions for using Zoom(opens in new window)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link your Zoom presentation video to your presentation\u2019s title slide and include the Access Code.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;video link may be linked to the Zoom cloud (you would select \u201crecord to the cloud\u201d in Zoom OR to a personal Google Drive folder&nbsp;(you would select \u201crecord to local drive\u201d) you share with your lab instructor.&nbsp;<em>Be sure you provide any access codes needed<\/em>&nbsp;to view your presentation, or your lab instructor will not be able to grade it.&nbsp; You should NOT put your presentation video in your lab collaborative Google Drive folder since everyone can see that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your lab instructor needs to be able to see all of the materials included in your presentation slides and hear you present it.&nbsp; Including a small insert of the speaker is ideal (this can be set up on Zoom).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each person in the group needs to present a part of the overall presentation. The&nbsp;<em>Narrated presentation length should be no less than 8 minutes and no more than 12 minutes.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer to the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-projects.wolfware.ncsu.edu\/bio-181-hybrid-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/351\/2026\/03\/Ecology-Project-PresentationEval_Rubric_FINALC.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grading Rubric for the Final Group Presentation<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ecology Group Project Peer Review<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 due the same day your group submits the Ecology Presentation by 11:59 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-projects.wolfware.ncsu.edu\/bio-181-hybrid-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/351\/2023\/11\/EcoProject-_Peer-Evaluation.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Use this Peer Evaluation form(opens in new window)<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;to evaluate everyone in the group based upon their contributions to the group project.
