In-Lab Group Activity: Identify 6 of the assigned Unknown Invertebrate videoclips to their Phylum using the provided Invertebrate Key.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Now that you have completed Table 7-3 on page 124 in your lab manual and the Fungi Invertebrate Webquest, you will be familiar with the characters that are representative of the 8 Invertebrate Phyla we have studied in this lab unit.\u00a0 Use the provided Invertebrate Key to determine the Phylum of the unknown invertebrates in the videoclips below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dichotomous Invertebrate Key<\/a> – open and keep the key handy while you view the videoclips below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Record each of the choices that you take to arrive at your answer (e.g. 1b to 3b to 4b to 5a to 6a = Annelida).\u00a0 You will also need to provide a written description of some of the prominent characters leading the identification of the phyla.<\/span><\/p>\n
