    • There are 5 working large monitors around the room. ¬†Please (re)arrange the furniture as needed so that there is a cluster of people around each of the monitors. ¬†Clusters should be of approximately equal size, and you should try to be with people you don’t know.¬† Three of the monitor have dedicated computers; the two hanging from the walls do not.¬† To use the 2 monitors hanging from the walls, grab laptops from the cart (or use your own) and hook up to the HDMI ports – there are cables on the monitors.¬† If that doesn’t work, just use a laptop and share around.

    • Cross-training after break … some time after spring break we’ll be spending some of our time cross-training, which essentially means that each team will have 30minutes to show everyone what they’re doing and how they are doing it.¬† This could be spread out at the beginning of lab time or on Thursdays (or possibly part of a Tuesday).¬† It need not be at the field site if there’s someplace right around Jordan that will work just as well (e.g., showing how to set up camera traps can be done across the street).¬† Please allow some flex in your schedules for this.¬† We can schedule it next Tuesday, if you wish, or put it in place after break.
