    – Within each cluster, each person should take a turn using Google maps and streetview to show the others where they grew up.  Talk briefly about what it was like growing up there.  You can use the big monitors or your laptops – whatever words for you.
    – Also spend some time talking about whether you’ve experienced any of the Lencioni’s dysfunctions in prior team work
    – Be finished by 14:05 and ready to debrief – you need to allocate your time so that you can make this deadline
