Block Director
Block Director, formerly known as Block Leader in CRESS. This person is responsible to complete the Final Rotation Grade form in Medtrics. Block Directors are assigned by the Rotation Admin.
⬥ There should be only ONE assigned Block Director for a given block.
⬥ The Final Rotation Grade form should only be completed ONCE for each rotation.
Final Rotation Grade
This guide provides Block Directors with instructions for completing the Final Rotation Grade evaluation in Medtrics. It covers the process of assigning the final HPMFI grade, reviewing completed and in process evaluations, and providing required comments for specific outcomes.
Student Summary Report
The Student Summary Report provides Block Directors, Rotation Admins, and Students with a comprehensive view of individual evaluation summaries. The report highlights overall Final Grades, the most frequent midblock (MDB) and end-of-block (EOB) scores, and a consolidated list of additional comments from both evaluation forms. The Summary Report is hosted on the CVM College Apps page and requires an on-campus network connection or VPN for access.
Review Evaluations [Completed & In Progress]
