Rotation administrator formerly known as Course Coordinator in CRESS. This person is responsible to modify clinician's schedules as well as ensuring the students have been graded.
Assign block director.

This guide provides a quick and straightforward set of instructions to view the live capacity of rotations within the Medtrics system. By following a few simple steps from the Medtrics home page, you can access the Rotation Availability tab to filter and see the maximum and minimum student limits for each block and rotation in the current academic period.
Site Rotators Report
This guide provides instructions for Rotation Admin to access the Site Rotators Report. The Site Rotators Report allows Rotation Admin the ability to see student names and email addresses for the purpose of communicating with students on your service.
NC State University CVM Clinical Feedback Training Certificate
This online training is available free of charge through Reporter and can be taken by anyone in our community interested in learning more about how to give effective feedback to learners in the clinical environment. Anyone who successfully completes the course will receive the NC State University CVM Clinical Feedback Training Certificate.
For our Residents, completion of this certificate is required before your service can grant you access to complete DVM student evaluations in Medtrics.
