E 101: Introduction to Engineering & Problem Solving (1 credit hour)

E 101 is offered in the Spring semester only. E 101 and E 102 are required for all engineering degrees and must be completed with a C minus or higher.

Students also have the option to participate in an E 101 Spring Break Abroad section. Students participating in these sections will complete much for their E 101 course work abroad in Kenya, Prague (Czech Republic), or Quito (Ecuador).

Students who did not start as freshmen in the College of Engineering are not required nor permitted to enroll in E 101.
