Advisors will be assigned on June 11th, 2026. All academic advisors in the College are equipped to answer your questions, specially the Engineering First-Year Program Advising Team.

Advisor assignment

If you joined the College of Engineering with an intended engineering degree (i.e. Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, etc.):

• You will have an academic advisor in your program of interest.
• This does not commit you to that major, advisors will provide input based on that major. 

If you joined the College of Engineering without an intended engineering degree:

• You will have an advisor in the office of Academic Affairs who is part of the Engineering First-Year Program.
